Current status
Not certified. Latchkey is preparing controls aligned with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, starting with security and confidentiality relevant to account metadata and billing — not vault plaintext (which stays on device).
Target path
- Type I readiness review — controls documented, subprocessors listed.
- Type I audit with independent firm (vendor TBD).
- Type II observation window for Enterprise customers who require it.
